January 24, 2019 Inovateus Solar hosted the BOMA Michiana Chapter at their corporate office in South Bend, IN and offered an education session on how Solar is affecting the Commercial Real Estate industry while detailing some of the Solar installation projects such as the University of Notre Dame's Kenmore Solar project which will generate 194,000 kilowatt hours of electricity annually as well as the 1.28-MW system for IKEA’s new St. Louis store to highlight a couple of outstanding projects. With Solar options becoming a reality for many commercial properties and the continued expectation of growth in the market, having Solar as part of a facility sustainability goal is affordable and achievable. Inovateus also provided the attendees with a tour of the facility and the solar array installed at the corporate location.
